Helping estate planning firms prepare every family before the first consultation.
An 8-minute walkthrough — one family, first inquiry to lifelong relationship — ending with a personalized Executive Brief™.
Designed to help firms respond to inquiries across web, SMS, email, social, and voice — including after hours.
Guides intake, document requests, and family details into place before the meeting starts.
Designed to keep families moving from inquiry to booked consultation to opened matter without manual chasing.
The Family Readiness System™ is organized around five principles for how a modern estate planning firm welcomes, prepares, and serves families. Every capability, workflow, and metric traces back to one of them.
Designed so no inquiry goes unanswered — regardless of the hour, the channel, or the volume.
Helping first meetings start with intake, documents, and context already in hand — not paperwork.
Guides handoffs between intake, attorney, paraprofessional, and support staff so families don't fall between roles.
One source of truth for the matter, the family, and the next right step — accessible to the professionals who need it.
The standard the system is built around — and what firms use to measure the family experience they deliver.
The Family Readiness System™ is not software. It is a structured way of preparing families before the first consultation.
LegacyCore™ simply delivers that system consistently across your firm.
We believe families deserve preparation before persuasion. They deserve consistency before complexity. And professionals deserve systems that elevate judgment rather than replace it.
The Family Readiness System™ exists to help firms deliver that experience — one family at a time.

The idea for LegacyCore™ began inside my own estate planning advisory practice, FamilyTrustGuard™.
Every week, I had the privilege of meeting families who were taking one of the most important steps of their lives — planning for the people they love. Whether they were creating their first trust, updating a decades-old plan, or responding to a major life event, one pattern kept repeating itself.
The quality of the legal work was rarely the problem.
The first experience often was.
Families would reach out during moments that mattered — a diagnosis, the loss of a loved one, the birth of a grandchild, or simply the decision to stop putting planning off. Yet that first experience too often depended on who was available, how busy the office happened to be, or whether someone remembered to follow up.
It wasn't a problem of professionalism.
It was a problem of process.
As I spoke with estate planning attorneys, elder law firms, trust professionals, and wealth advisors, I realized this wasn't unique to one practice. It was a challenge shared by firms that genuinely cared about their clients but relied on manual coordination during the most important stage of the relationship.
That realization became the foundation for the Family Readiness System™.
Not another CRM. Not another chatbot. A practical methodology for helping firms welcome families consistently, coordinate communication thoughtfully, prepare consultations more completely, and build relationships that continue long after the documents are signed.
LegacyCore™ is the platform that delivers that methodology.
The professional remains in the professional's chair. The system handles the coordination.
Because estate planning isn't simply about producing documents. It's about earning a family's trust from the very first conversation — and continuing to deserve that trust through every stage of life that follows.
"Estate planning is one of the most personal services a family will ever receive. The first experience should reflect the same care, preparation, and professionalism as the plan itself."
While your team is serving one family,
another family is deciding whether to trust your firm.
LegacyCore™ helps firms respond with consistency, structure, and warmth — so inquiries continue moving even when the office is closed.
Inquiries arrive when your team is unavailable. Response time, structure, and preparation in those first minutes decide whether a family chooses your firm — or the next one.
Most families reach out evenings, weekends, and holidays. A next-morning callback is often a callback to a competitor.
By the time a family fills out a form, they've already decided whether your firm feels responsive and human.
Every hour without a response lowers booking rates. Most firms reply in hours; the families compare you in minutes.
Scheduling, intake calls, document chasing, and reminders — billable hours spent on work that should be automated.
The same inquiry flow — without the dropped balls, the after-hours scramble, or the staff bottlenecks.
LegacyCore™ delivers the Family Readiness Framework™ — a practical methodology designed to help firms coordinate after-hours inquiries into qualified, document-ready consultations.
Teach the system your firm's voice and process.
Meet families where they already reach out.
The system guides the first mile of the family journey.
Family Readiness™ is the methodology behind every workflow, voice call, intake sequence, document request, and consultation handoff.
Estate planning is rarely a single event. It evolves as families grow, circumstances change, and new generations emerge. The Family Readiness System™ is designed to support that ongoing relationship — not just the first consultation.
Inbound answering and outbound follow-up work together to keep families moving — from first call to booked consultation to document-ready meeting. A voice concierge for your practice, not a call center.
Every ring becomes a qualified lead. The assistant answers with your firm's voice, collects intake details, and books consultations directly into your calendar.
Stop chasing documents and confirmations. Studio makes proactive calls to keep matters moving — so your team focuses on billable work.
Every call syncs to the Conversation Center · triggers the Family Readiness Framework™
"Three consultations booked from after-hours calls in our first week — calls that would have hit voicemail before."
Step through every stage — from after-hours inquiry to opened matter — and see exactly what your team would no longer have to do.
Website form, SMS, Google Business Profile, or social. LegacyCore replies in seconds — in your firm's voice.
Respond™ · Prepare™ · Coordinate™ · Progress™ · Review™ · Measure™. Six capabilities of the Family Readiness System™ — the methodology LegacyCore™ delivers.
